Our residency serves two purposes; one, it is a place to stay for up to 5 men at a time supervised by Fr. Bill; two, it is the site for a program called SCOPE operated by a consortium with the goal of providing an intro to the building trades course for minorities and women in Trenton. Most of the YAMTI men participate. Although our residency can handle only 5 men at a time, the need is for hundreds of men this age who drift around the city all the time.
